Because of the inherent security risks of transmitting data over the internet we make no guarantee/ and or warranty (express or implied) as to the security of the data transmitted to us. Once we have received your personal information, we will use reasonable efforts to protect that information against loss or misuse and against unauthorised access, use, modification, or disclosure.

This website uses Stripe Secure payment gateway to facilitate payment transactions. Any data collected will be used in accordance with the privacy policy of these payment gateway providers. Any credit card details stored for recurring payments are done so on these 3rd party  systems. No credit card information is stored by us and we are PCI compliant. Payments must be received prior to orders being shipped. 

This sites communications with users are encrypted over https using modern cyphers.

Returns Policy

If you change your mind after you have made a purchase on the website please call us during normal business hours or email as soon as possible

 

  • If your order has not been processed, we will be able to offer you a full refund of your purchase price.

  • If your order has been shipped, we will arrange a goods return authourisation on our behalf. However, you will be charged the cost of the original shipping and the return shipping, plus handling costs. The product must be received back by Davies Appliances having been un-opened and the packaging must still be in its original condition.

  • If you change your mind after using the product/opening the packaging, we are sorry but we generally will not be able to refund your purchase. Please talk to us to see if there is anything we can do.

Your purchase of product from Davies Appliances website is subject to the “Online Sales Terms”, “Privacy policy” and “Refunds/Returns” policy. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use and or purchase product from this website.
 

Orders and Payment

Please review your order very carefully in the basket and checkout before the final payment is made as all website purchases are subject to our Returns/Refunds policy. Orders will only be processed when payment is received in full. If for whatever reason payment is not received in full we may contact you to make alternative payment arrangements.
 

Pricing

The products listed for sale on the Davies Appliances website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST. Reference to “was” and “normally” in the offers refers to either a manufacturer suggested retail price (SRP) or Davies Appliances ticketed pricing. While we endeavour to ensure all information and pricing is accurate Applianceplus does reserve the right to refuse sale if an error has been made. All product are offered as an invitation to treat and except and omitting errors (E&OE)

We will make every endeavour to ensure that stock is available for your order. We cannot and do not guarantee supply from either the website or Davies Appliances stores. In the event that we are out of stock you will be notified via email.

Warranty

All items we sell are new and come with a minimum 12 month manufacturer's warranty unless expressly stated. Most whiteware is 24 months. The manufacturer's warranty does not exclude, restrict, or modify in any way other rights and remedies under the New Zealand Consumers Guarantees Act.
